Processmeds Knowledge Management Program is
designed to increase the skills of our associates on all
aspects of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle, business
process management and other skills required to be
effective in delivering a high level of delivery to our
clients. The primary goal is to enrich each employee
with knowledge and make learning effective by using a
combination of e-learning and class room training
programs. These programs are mandatory for the level at
which the associate is working and a prerequisite for
any promotion and internal movements. This ensures a
complete buy-in to the program at all levels.
